Noise Meld
Noise Meld is the working name of Bensolutions, LLC, founded by Michael Benson, an engineer who spent 30 years shipping software where failure wasn't an option: hospitals, aerospace, pharma, rail, and industrial automation. Nine of those years were at Bayer Healthcare, bringing three medical devices through FDA approval and earning two device patents along the way.
That background shapes everything here. Phased delivery, walked scenarios, honest estimates, and systems that keep working on a random Tuesday at 3am are not extras; they're the habit of a career spent in regulated engineering, now applied to a pest control office's phone line and a note that has to survive the drive home.
What started as personal tools for a racing mind grew into products, and what started as one local business asking for help with its phones grew into a practice. Both share a philosophy: use AI to remove noise, never to add it.

Looking forward
Rapture for Mac is live, the iPhone app is in final testing for the App Store, and the Android app is being rebuilt on the same fully on-device, no-subscription model. On the business side, our AI call answering runs in production around Pittsburgh, and we're extending the same install-and-maintain care to staff apps and back-office agents.
